Rest assured that in the 40+ years of trading, we have never had a request for a refund, we are so confident in the accuracy of our data that we don’t expect to receive a request anytime soon.  That said, please read our Terms & Conditions for the full detail, but in essence they say, within the first week from supply, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the product you download we offer you a full no quibble money back guarantee.  Beyond that initial week, if there are any substantial errors or issues with the data provided at any point we shall do our best to rectify those issues within 48 hours; failing a remedy we shall of course refund you in full.  

We spend a great deal of time updating and maintaining the postcode address data and other product files that you can download through this site.  We are very confident that the data is as accurate as can be.  Keeping in mind that the Postcode Address File alone contains over 29 million addresses and the postcode file has over 1.8 million postcodes in it, there are always going to be errors, but these should be minimal.  That said, we believe that the files you download are and always shall be fit for purpose, and certainly the best product available in the market.      

Refunds shall always be subject to you providing us written assurance that you have removed and destroyed the product file taken / supplied.  This includes removing and destroying any data carried from the product file into your own files and systems.  Once we have your written assurance, refunds will be issued back to the payment method used.
