FAQ: What happens when the PAF Licence is up?

The PAF® licence runs concurrently for twelve months starting from the day you purchase the file. During this time you are eligible for quarterly updates.

We email our licensed customers to notify them of update releases and imminent expiry of licences but onus is on the license holder to contact us to request an update or renewal of their licence.

On the anniversary date of the purchase the licence holder must either re-order an identical or upgraded version of the PAF® license or remove / delete all references and copies of the file. For the avoidance of doubt this includes any reference files, features or products that have been created using the licensed PAF® file.

Failure to comply with any of these Terms & Conditions will result in a breach of Crown Copyright which carries heavy penalties.
