Product Update Request
Your licensed product will always be provided on twelve month usage terms, starting from the date on which the file was ordered.
Providing your licence hasn't expired you're entitled to free quarterly updates within the initial 12 month contracted period. Not all of our customers exercise the option for an update but if you do wish for an update then please provide us with your Original Order Number for the product you purchased; this can be found on the original receipt we emailed to you.
Once we have received your request we shall quickly verify your request and send you an update link within one business day.
