FAQ: What Updates will I get with my Postcode Address File (PAF) licence?

Your licensed Postcode Address File (PAF) can be updated every three months at no additional charge, as long as you remain within your licence period.

We generally contact all of our licence holders to notify them as and when updates become available. That said, onus is always on our customers to contact us as and when they require updates. All you need do is send us your request for an update along with the original Order Number that appears at the top of the receipt emailed to you when you ordered (begins "RC"). Once we have your request for an update we will send you download instructions. Please note that we can only send updates to the original email / customer as specified on the Invoice / Order Receipt. Licences not transferable.
